Meet Mike Moncier

I’m Mike Moncier, CEO of State of Franklin Insurance. We’ve been helping people in Tennessee with insurance decisions since 1987.

My approach is simple: listen first, explain the choices in plain language, and help clients understand the tradeoffs before they make a decision.

That matters especially with Medicare. A plan can look attractive on the surface, but the details—provider networks, prescriptions, cost sharing, enrollment rights and what happens if you want to change later—can make a meaningful difference.
